Classic and Showdown are different salary files

On DraftKings Showdown the captain is a separate row, with a separate id, listed at 1.5 times the flex salary. The export has to use that captain id or the upload will not match the contest.

FanDuel single-game files list each player once. The optimizer marks one player as MVP and charges the configurable salary multiplier, which is 1.5x on the current FanDuel single-game format. Kickers and defenses are eligible in both single-game formats.

If a Showdown file contains more than one game, the builder keeps a lineup inside a single game and, on DraftKings, uses both teams.
